I truly enjoy the first day of school. It has been two weeks and they are waking up early and playing for an hour and then getting out the door for school. Here's what they looked like on their first day 2010.

Makenna's class theme is western so they were supposed to dress the part. Makenna didn't get overexcited about the theme but did do the jeans and plaid shirt.
We don't buy school clothes because it is still shorts weather but we do get new sneakers.


Here's to a great school year. Homework, football games, and lots of other great stuff.
