I arrived home after a few hours at the pool with the kids to find one of the most generous gifts our family has ever received. Many of our friends from our community...some even from our high school days have given beyond our imagination. They bound, in the most beautiful book, their words of encouragement and love for us. It actually shows the hands and feet of a very loving God. They gave abundantly. Some of the pages have gift cards to many of the restaurants around the hospital that we will call home for a few days. Some of the pages have cash, but all of them are wrapped in kindness and generosity. At some point we will visit and thank you personally for your kindness but at this point when I talk about it...I cry.
