Here's to making it through the week without Ben. I must say prayers have been answered because it actually went rather smoothly. Without the help of my mom it would not have been possible. We had a good week and the kids are anticipating Ben being home, as am I. They should be home late tonight so the kids won't see him until morning.
I am excited to hear about his trip. Each night as I talked to him I was excited to hear about his enthusiasm for the people of Louisiana and, of course, about the antics of his travel group. Nothing is more bonding than spending a week with a group of people you don't know really well.
Anyway, thanks for your prayers for myself and Ben.
I just recently ordered a digital camera so I am excitedly awaiting the new toy in the mail --also so I can post some photos more regularly.

Let's all raise our glasses to friendship because without each other we'd all think we were islands out here all alone. And you would have to watch all your shows all alone.
